We will delve into the processes behind critical decision-making, the way professionalism in negotiations makes a difference, with an emphasis on practical tools that can also be applied in everyday life.

The lecture combines personal stories and fascinating anecdotes from the world of security, diplomacy and the Arab world, along with unique insights from Adi's work in the field. All this in order to provide the audience with a meaningful and enriching learning experience.

About the Lecturer:

Adi Rotem, a former senior official in the Prime Minister's Office, has many years of experience in first-rate intelligence and operational positions. He has served in senior management positions in the worlds of security, cyber and terrorism, with special expertise in managing sensitive negotiations and decision-making in extreme situations.

As a member of the Israeli National Negotiating Team for the release of prisoners and missing persons, Adi played a central role in a number of complex processes, including the deal for the release of the hostages in the "Iron Sword" war in 2023.
Throughout his career, Adi has worked in the Arab and Palestinian worlds, dealing with complex situations and sensitive cultural dynamics, which he expresses in his lectures.

Adi currently serves as a Fellow at the Institute for Counter-Terrorism Policy (ICT) at Reichman University, Herzliya, as well as a strategic consultant for negotiation and crisis management, while addressing complex challenges that require creative thinking and professional management.
